METERdat™ is an information bridge that electronically traces chart recorder data in the field and transports the meter data into your computer on a memory module.
METERdat is a simple, yet elegant solution for chart integration that increases the accuracy and timeliness of the orifice meter information in a variety of measurement applications.
METERdat is an innovative application of advanced pen sensing and digital storage hardware to create simultaneous digitized chart measurements at the orifice meter.
The METERdat operation and data flow is enabled with 2 software utilities:
OnBoard© configures the specific measurement point parameters prior to use via the RS-232 header on the METERdat circuit board.
EasyChart© downloads the memory modules, processes, displays, prints, and saves the data. The summary tab provides daily summaries of time and date information, flowing hours, integrated values, and 3 pen averages. A smart graph mode features zoom, pan, and a ruler bar tool. The third data presentation is a scrollable table of the pen samples. ASCII export files can be created to feed downstream software for AGA-3 & AGA-8 volume calculations and field data capture. The compact METERdat records are stored for future access and archive.
